  • Upload documents from Document Management to an external cloud like Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft SharePoint, or Google Drive.

    Activate Multi Provider Document Services Framework

    For Google Drive, Set up Document Services framework for Google Drive.

    Configure permission for roles or groups by selecting the mp_document_admin from the document list.

    Role required: mp_document_admin

    프로시저

    1. Navigate to All > Documents > Documents.
    2. Select an existing record or create a document record.
    3. For a newly created record, create a document version.
    4. Select the Connect With External Provider check box.
    5. Select Upload to Cloud.
    6. Select the external cloud and enter the folder path.
    7. Select Upload default version to upload a default version or select Upload local file to attach a local file.
      주:
      Uploading a local file creates a version in the instance.
    8. 옵션:
      • For uploading a default version you can select Remove from instance check box to remove the attached version from the database.
        주:
        The removed attachment version will still appear for tracking.
      • For uploading a local version you can select Do not store instance check box not to store the attachment in the database.
        주:
        The attachment won’t be stored in the database, but a new version is created for tracking.
    9. Select Upload.
      주:
      Only the latest version is uploaded.
    10. Select the External Provider Settings tab to view the provider details and the external file URL.
    11. Select Open Cloud URL at the top to open the document in the external cloud.
