Create labor code

Define a labor code for the different tasks or work performed by the service agents.

Before you begin

Role required: manufacturing operations admin (sn_mfg_cmn.manufacturing_operations_admin)

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Workspaces > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace.
2. Select the List icon.
3. Navigate to MCO Setup > Labor code.
4. Select New.
5. On the form, fill in the fields.

   Table 1. Labor code form

   Field	Description
   Name	Labor code name.
   Active	Option to indicate if the labor code is active or not.
   Description	Description for the labor code.

6. Select Save.

Result

The labor code is generated.
