Use this task to set up the repair claim system in Manufacturing Commercial Operations. The system manages repair claims submitted by dealers and tracked by OEM administrators. Complete these setup steps to enable repair claim functionality across your environment.
Procedure
- Review the entities and relationships within the Repair claims data model, including tables added or modified by the repair claim plugin.

Configure repair claims: Complete the following tasks to set up the repair claims in your environment.

Work with repair claims (OEM): Use the Agents (CSM/FSM) workspace to create and manage repair campaigns, phases, and claims.
- Create a repair claim: Create a repair claim using playbook.
- Review repair claims: Reviewing and approving repair claims.
- Work with repair claim (Dealer): Use the Dealer portal to submit and track repair claims: Repair claim for the dealer.
