Customers can access the Business Portal from their instance to browse products and create orders.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_customerservice.customer

## Procedure

1. Go to your instance and select the URL.
2. Edit the instance URL and append /business_portal to the end after the com.  
   The Business Portals opens.
