## Overview of the Globalization Terminology Agent {#lw-terminology-agent__section_nt4_3ss_hkc}

The Globalization Terminology Agent uses the generate glossary skill to analyze your Knowledge Base content and create a suggested English glossary. The generate glossary skill identifies and extracts key terms, generates definitions
for the terms, and enables you to edit or remove terms before approval.

After approval your glossary is published to the list of glossaries in the Language Asset Management section of Localization Workspace.

The generate glossary skill is located in the [AI Admin Hub](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=platform-now-assist-landing&version=brazil&pubname=brazil-intelligent-experiences&ft:locale=en-US). It can also be accessed from [AI Skill Kit](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=now-assist-skill-kit-landing&version=brazil&pubname=brazil-intelligent-experiences&ft:locale=en-US).

## Prerequisites and conditions {#lw-terminology-agent__section_znl_sss_hkc}

The following prerequisites and conditions apply.

* Only KB articles labeled as English in the Knowledge Base are included in the search. For information see [Knowledge Center](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=knowledge-center&version=brazil&pubname=brazil-servicenow-platform&ft:locale=en-US).
* Accessing and working with glossaries in Language Asset Management requires the Terminology Manager role (sn_lw.terminology_manager) with the Localization user role (sn_lw.user).
* The generate glossary skill must be activated in [AI Admin Hub](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=platform-now-assist-landing&version=brazil&pubname=brazil-intelligent-experiences&ft:locale=en-US). After the skill is activated, the Create Glossary button becomes visible in Language Asset Management.

## Other considerations {#lw-terminology-agent__section_hvd_trt_hkc}

The maximum word count for scanning defaults to 25,000. The count of words does not map exactly to the number of tokens used. The wizard provides the option to limit retrieved articles by date range, minimum view count, and whether authored by the current user.

## Activating the generate glossary skill {#lw-terminology-agent__section_p3f_ltr_jkc}

The generate glossary skill is included from version 4.0 of Localization Workspace, but it must be activated. The general procedure for activation of this skill is as follows.

1. Navigate to AI Admin Hub \> Skills.
2. In the navigation panel of the AI Skills tab, select the category Other.
3. Select the Available tab and locate the Generate Glossary skill name.
4. Select Activate skill to turn on this skill.
