Analyze identities and their access on the ServiceNow AI Platform instance.

## Before you begin

Role required: access_analyzer_admin

Note that access_analyzer_admin is a granular role. For more information about granular roles, see [Platform security granular admin roles](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/_~GcECd9qHzwiQKn3LFT4w "Use granular admin roles to verify access management by assigning roles that define user permissions and responsibilities.").

A user needs additional roles (such as admin) to be able to modify ACL records, user records, or other sources.

The following procedure describes the steps for accessing Access Analyzer and using its various features.
Note:
Access Analyzer is a ServiceNow AI Platform Store product.
