Disable text commands that can be applied by keyboard shortcuts for emails, journal input fields, and HTML fields.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to <kbd class="ph userinput">sys_properties.list</kbd>.  
   The entire list of properties in the System Properties \[sys_properties\] table opens.
2. Add a system property named glide.ui.enable_text_commands.  
   For more information on adding system property, see [Add a system property](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=t_AddAPropertyUsingSysPropsList&version=brazil&pubname=brazil-platform-administration&ft:locale=en-US).
3. Set the Value to false.
4. Select Submit.
