# Add or edit your business processes

# Add or edit your business processes {#ariaid-title1}

Add or edit a business process to group applications that help accomplish a specific application service. A business process is a collection of related structured tasks performed to accomplish a specific application
service.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: business_process_manager or asset or itil

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to WorkspaceEnterprise Architecture Workspace.
2. Open the Portfolio List view by selecting the Portfolio icon ![Portfolio icon]().
3. Select the expand row icon (![Expand Row icon]()) next to My Entities.
4. Select My Business Processes.
5. Add or edit a business process.  
   * To add a business process, select New.
   * To update details of an existing business process, select the business process, then select Edit.

6. On the form, fill in the fields.

7. Select Save.
