Enterprise Architecture (formerly APM) users can request the architecture review board to review a new
architecture design proposal based on the technology of a business application.

## Request Architecture Review form fields {#request-architecture-review-form__section_mct_t2x_2wb}

| Field | Description |
|-|-|
| Business Application | Name of the business application for which an architecture review is requested. |
| Project | Project that you can tie to this business application for which the architecture review is requested. Nota: The projects that you own as a project manager appear in the list. The Project field appears only when the PPM Standard plugin is activated. |
| Short Description | A short description explaining the reason for the architecture review. |
| Architecture Review Requested Date | Date to hold the architecture review. The architecture review date must be in the future. You can attach blueprints or supporting documents for the review. |
