Discover job opportunities tailored to your skills and interests, and explore roles that align with your experience.

Role required: sn_asc.alumni  
Job opportunities are displayed based on your preferences and current role, using scoring from your legacy and current employment details. The Job Opportunities tab shows external roles sourced from the Job Posting table \[sn_ta_hiring_core_job_posting\] in Hiring Core.  
Nota:  
Organizations can import external job data into the Hiring Core plugin to display these roles as job opportunities for alumni.

| 1 | View the job opportunities​. Jobs displayed here are matched using an algorithm that calculates scores based on your job preferences and latest employment details. Depending on the scores, the jobs are assigned tags as follows: * Great match: 80 -100 score * Good match: 60--80 score * Potential match: 40--60 score {#alumni-job-opportunities__ul_qnf_1wg_lhc} Nota: * In case both job preferences and alumni latest employment details are not available, the job recommendation algorithm falls back on the legacy employment details, which may not be relevant now. * To receive suitable job recommendations, it is imperative that you select your job preferences, and also enter your employment details. {#alumni-job-opportunities__ul_v3f_mwg_lhc} |
| 2 | Track your job application status. Nota: Your application is processed in the linked Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The information displayed here is fetched from ATS for your convenience. |
| 3 | Your job preferences that help in generating job recommendations. For more information, see [Alumni job preferences](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/77ICPY99ThIq0DJrVeGvOg "Set your preferences for tailored job opportunities. Jobs that best match your profile are recommended based on these preferences."). Nota: Admin can configure this form according to the organization requirements. | 4 | Filters to search for relevant jobs. You can filter on location, job type, employment type, date posted, and department. |
| 5 | View job details like description and applicant criteria. Select Apply, which will take you to ATS to further process your application. |
