Applicant survey enables the job applicants to provide their feedback about their hiring experience in the Applicant Center.

Improve your hiring process by constantly boosting the hiring experience for your applicants. Let your applicants provide direct and genuine feedback at different levels in the hiring journey.

Applicants can provide feedback on their experience with the organization at the start of the hiring journey. You can configure any kind of feedback experience for your applicants. It can be for their user experience in the Applicant Center portal, their service experience to access any Service Catalog, or a survey feedback after they've gone through the entire hiring process. For more information on configuring feedback, see [Integrated experience and service feedback](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/S5Sa6lZfSTfB7BpH1r~d0A "Experience and service feedback enables you to gather quick feedback from your users on their user experiences and their service experiences.").

When an application moves to the Interview State, the applicants receive a survey feedback request. You can configure the feedback requests to be triggered at any other crucial point in the hiring journey. For
more information on configuring feedback, see [Survey designer](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=c_SurveyDesigner&version=australia&pubname=australia-servicenow-platform&ft:locale=en-US).

A Share feedback button visible in the Applicant Center home page. The feedback button is also visible in the job application pages.

You can provide your applicants the option to keep their data anonymous and aggregated while taking the survey.
