# Critical Event Management dashboard {#ariaid-title1}

The dashboard for Critical Event Management (CEM) in the Health and Safety Workspace gives a comprehensive view of all active, ongoing, and resolved critical events, enabling agents to monitor and manage incidents effectively.

The Critical Event Management dashboard provides a high-level summary of active and ongoing events, including quick-access metrics and links to Critical Event Management tools. The dashboard empowers agents to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and respond to incidents in a timely manner.

To view the Critical Event Management dashboard, navigate to WorkspacesHealth and Safety Workspace and select Critical Event Management.

| Quick action buttons | Buttons that help you quickly initiate actions, such as creating an incident, observation, or critical event. |
| Active Critical Events | List of active critical events with key details like location, event ID, creation time, and the assigned agent, which helps prioritize urgent events for immediate action. |
| Event status overview | Number of critical events by their status, such as New, Work in Progress, and Resolved, helping you quickly assess workload and progress. |
| Critical Events by severity | Bar chart that displays events by severity level, such as Low, Medium, High, and Critical, which helps when prioritizing your response. |
| Critical Events by location | Map view of critical events by location, which helps identify geographic patterns and areas requiring immediate attention. |
| Critical Events created over time | Timeline graph that tracks the number of critical events created over time, helping you monitor trends and potential increases in incidents over specific periods. |
| Critical Events list | Table of all recent critical events with sortable details, including event number, state, source, short description, category, severity, location, assigned agent, and timestamps for event creation and updates. |
