# Mark the status of impacted people as an agent

# Mark the status of impacted people as an agent {#ariaid-title1}

Take attendance of the impacted people in Critical Event Management and request help if needed.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_critical.agent

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to WorkspacesHealth and Safety Workspace and select the Critical Event Management tab.
2. Open the critical event.
3. Select the Impacted people tab.
4. On the Total Impacted list, select the check box for the relevant individual.
5. Double-click (or use the keyboard shortcut) the field in the Status column for that impacted person.
6. In the Status drop-down list, select the appropriate status.  
   For more information on the different statuses for impacted people, see [Impacted people status](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/4r7AnQm_JxAx6xQCvin27w "Descriptions of the possible statues for impacted people.").
7. Update the status of multiple individuals by selecting multiple check boxes and then selecting the Accounted button or selecting the Accounted - More Actions icon ![Accounted - More Actions icon]() and choosing a different status.
