# Get support

Get support helps you with a centralized and easy-to-navigate section for quick help from the employee center.

Admins provide a central place for employees to get help quickly without having to switch context. You can include useful resources available for your employees.

* Enable the widget for an enhanced get support experience.
* Populate the modal with quick link, static content, or a custom widget.

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllEmployee CenterGet support.
2. Click New or open an existing record.
3. Select Table from the available options.
   * Quick Link
   * Static Content

4. Select Content from the available options.  
   * For Quick Link, select the Table name (sn_ex_sp_quick_link) and Document. For more information on quick links, see [Quick links](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/Fz5O3wvrnpcx_qyQUHzW_w "Quick links are a way to quickly access internal and external resources related to specific departments within your organization. You can create quick links, associate quick links to topics, and restrict access to quick links.").
   * For Static Content, select the Table name (sn_ex_sp_static_content) and Document. For more information on static content, see [Configure static content](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/1284jXKZK9Uy5xnUhP~RXA "Static content helps create a central place for adding all the useful content for employees.").  
     Nota:  
     The admin can configure any number of items. The out-of-the-box Get support has a maximum of eight items.

5. Specify Order.
6. Select Portal from the available options.  
   For example, to associate a quick link to Employee Center Pro Kiosk, select Employee Center Pro Kiosk.
7. Click Save.

## Resultado

Get support is configured by default as part of the navigation.

You can proceed to select the Get support section to appear as a modal window by selecting the widget and providing the widget parameters as explained in [Configure advanced portal navigation](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/zGpIxOUSbM_Flq_5AR9zqg "Advanced Portal Navigation (APN) helps you design and configure an intuitive navigation for better information architecture and topic discovery."). You can also configure the alignment as shown in the following image.Figura 2. Alignment for Get support .
