# Employee Center global header

The global header is the first row in the Employee Center portal header. The global
header contains menus that enable you to navigate to the My To-dos page, My Requests page, More
menu, user profile, and Tours.

The global header consists of the following options.

| Option | Description |
|-|-|
| Brand logo | Logo of the company. |
| Search bar | Enables you to search for the taxonomy content. This option is disabled by default. |
| My Tasks | Opens the To-dos page. |
| My Requests | Opens the My Requests page. |
| More | Shows the additional menu items that you want to add. Nota: Add any new menu items to the EC Header under the More option. Currently, Filtered or Scripted menu items are not supported as Filtered or Scripted List must be top-level Menu Item.. |
| Cart | Shows the items that you have added to the cart. This option is disabled by default. |
| Wishlist | Shows items that you intend to buy later. This option is disabled by default. |
| Tours | Opens guides tours that demonstrate how to use a feature. For example, an administrator can create a task demo with callouts to demonstrate how to perform the task. |

You can enable or disable these options by configuring additional options in JSON format for the Employee Center menu record.  
Nota:  
For performance reasons, the header request count for My Requests is disabled by default.
