# Create taxonomy

Create taxonomy for employee content to map the content of your product or services to the taxonomy hierarchy.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: taxonomy_admin  
Nota:  
Content Taxonomy module may be visible to all users but you must have admin privileges to make any changes.

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllContent TaxonomyTaxonomies.
2. Click New or edit an existing record.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.  
   For more information on the fields and description, see [Taxonomy form](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/EnrI60pNP2b6Q0pl7ScvnA "Use the taxonomy form to create your own taxonomy for the Employee Center portal.").
4. Click Submit.

## O que Fazer Depois

Associate all existing and new content to the taxonomy created.  
Nota:  
By default, taxonomy for Employee Center and Employee Center Pro Kiosk are available.
