# Add or modify block content

Create block content as reusable information you can insert into
campaigns, notifications, rich-text announcements, or community posts (when community is
installed).

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_cd.content_manager

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllContent PublishingRe-usable ComponentsBlock Content.
2. Click New or on an existing block content record.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.  
   For more information on fields and description, see [Block content form](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/SeilnUz5rM~dBzYtZDJebA "Block content form").
4. Select Save or Submit.  
   If you select Save, the Block Content form remains displayed and the Translate content button appears at the top.  
   Nota:  
   Personalized Block Content can't be used for notification, community, or to-do content types.
5. To have your content translated into a different language, select Translate content to initiate the translation workflow your company has configured.
6. Select the language you want your content translated to from the modal that appears.
