# Employee profile for Now Mobile

# Employee profile for Now Mobile {#ariaid-title1}

Employee profile on Now Mobile provides customizable and compact information about employees and their organizational hierarchy.

You must opt in to the employee profile as well as upgrade to the new Now Mobile app to access these new features.  
Customers who opt in to the new employee profile have the View more profile details button on the About tab. The View more profile details button is only visible to the logged-in user, Selecting View more profile details opens the Profile details page.Figura 1. Profile page

The Team tab is the mobile version of the My Team widget on the
employee profile page in the Employee Center portal. This tab lists
Manager, Direct reports, and
Coworkers depending on the logged-in user. The default number of
results shown in each section is five. To see more results, select See all.

The Profile details page includes the About, Bio, and Personal information sections by
default. An admin can customize these sections across several business units on the
platform. The default Section Visibility settings for About and
Bio are available for the Desktop. An admin can change the
visibility as required.

Select any user card on the Team tab to view the user details.

You can also search for employees by typing their name in the search bar provided on the
home screen of Now Mobile.

Nota:  
The admin can configure the Section Visibility settings for the Profile details page on the employee profile application by navigating to AllEmployee ProfileOverview UI Configuration.  
Nota:  
If a customer upgrades the employee profile but does not have an upgraded Now Mobile app, then the search redirects to the older profile page.

You
can avoid this redirection by upgrading to the new Now Mobile
profile page.
