# Update the report count based on eligible users

Update the direct and other report count by running a script execution job.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllSystem DefinitionScheduled Jobs.
2. On the scheduled jobs page, select the Populate Manager Reportee Count Using Eligible Users job.  
   Importante:  
   If the [Domain Separation plugin](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=domain-sep-plugin&version=australia&pubname=australia-platform-security&ft:locale=en-US) is activated on your instance, select the Populate Manager Reportee Count Using Eligible Users \[Domain Separated\] job.
3. On the scheduled script execution page, select Execute Now.

## Resultado

The report count is updated based on the [eligible users](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/Fpuk3wzA70kdc5OqCiwdUA "Define the eligible users to show up in the org chart. Admin can create a new eligible user configuration from one of the Users, HR Profile, and Employee Profile tables.") and is populated in the organization chart.
