The Employee Goals application provides employees and managers with visibility into business goals set by your organization and personal goals that are specific to an employee. This application helps employees cultivate their
goals into growth plans to bolster the talent in your organization.  
The Employee Goals app is closely integrated with the following apps in the Talent Development suite:

* Talent Development Core
  * Career profile
  * Growth plans

* Career Conversations
{#egd-goals-explore__ul_dd5_fmm_1bc}  
It also provides an integration with the following HCM systems that are widely used across organizations for goal management:

* Oracle Cloud HCM
* SAP SuccessFactors
* Workday

These integrations create a seamless process for employees and managers to view and track their goals from the Employee Center.
