Add hazards and log a sequence of events for a safety incident as part of its investigation.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_ohs_im.manager, sn_ohs_im.agent, or sn_ohs_im.operations_manager

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllHealth and SafetyHealth and Safety Workspace.
2. Select the incident management icon (![Incident Management icon.]()).
3. In the Safety Incidents list, open a safety incident assigned to you in which you want to add the sequence of events.
4. Select the Report an incident tab.  
   The incident playbook opens.
5. In the Enter incident summary stage, under the Add event details activity, add the following information.
   1. Location where this incident happened.
   2. Add hazards identified during this incident.
   3. Log the sequence of events as you know them right now.  
      You can use the available formatting tools to format the text.

6. Select Save.
7. **Opcional:** To mark this activity as complete, select Mark complete.  
   The next activity or stage becomes available in the playbook.
8. **Opcional:** If necessary, revisit the sequence of events using the edit icon in the section.

## Resultado

The logged events appear in the Sequence of events section in the Incident Overview tab.

Add people involved in the incident such as injured person, witnesses, and collaborators.
