# Submitting safety incidents and observations {#ariaid-title1}

Safety team can begin the investigation process by creating incidents and observations based on reports received from employees. Employees can also directly submit incidents and observations from the Employee Center portal. They
can select a report type, fill out the necessary form, and then submit it.
