Role required: sn_ohs_im.manager, sn_ohs_im.agent, or sn_ohs_im.operations_manager

## Por Que e Quando Desempenhar Esta Tarefa

Use the Report an incident playbook available with Health and Safety Incident Management to manage safety incidents and resolve them. You can access the Report an incident playbook tab when a safety incident is assigned to you.

For more information on how to interact with a playbook, see [Playbooks](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=playbook-ui&version=australia&pubname=australia-build-workflows&ft:locale=en-US).
Nota:
To work in a tab-based experience for safety incidents, your administrator can disable the playbook through Health and Safety properties. For more information, see [Disable the safety incident playbook](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/mHv2uC38fugB6rBwjm3ovw "If you need to enable a tab-based experience for safety incidents in your instance, configure the property that disables the Report an incident playbook.").
