# Anonymously report misconduct

# Anonymously report misconduct {#ariaid-title1}

Create misconduct cases that are sent to your Human Resources department without your identity being revealed.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: none  
Nota:  
Ensure that the Anonymous Report Center (com.sn_anonymous_report_center) and Human Resources Scoped App: Employee Relations (com.sn_hr_employee_relations) plugins are activated.

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllSelf ServiceEmployee Center.
2. From the Human resources tab, select Employee Conduct.
3. Select Visit Anonymous Report Center.  
   You are logged out of the Employee Center and logged into the Anonymous Report Center as a guest user.
4. Select Submit an Anonymous Report.
5. Select Report misconduct.
6. Fill in the form.

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Do your best to fully describe the situation | Provide information that accurately describes the misconduct you witnessed with as much detail as possible. Nota: All information you provide is confidential. |
   | List the names and info of those involved | Provide the names of the individuals involved in the misconduct. Include any witnesses to the misconduct. Nota: Full names, job titles, teams, and departments are valuable for the investigators. |
   | Let us know what date the incident occurred | Select the date the misconduct occurred. Nota: Estimated dates are acceptable. |
   | Let us know where the incident took place | Enter the location the misconduct occurred. Nota: Details like room, desk spaces, or areas within the building the misconduct took place are all helpful to investigators. |
   | I understand that the information I'm providing, including any sensitive or personal details, will be reviewed by the appropriate HR agents and teams. | After completing the form, check the box. |

7. Enter the text verification code or check the I'm not a robot box.
8. Select Submit.
9. To save a PDF copy of your report, select the Save a PDF copy of your report link.  
   Nota:  
   The report key and report number are required to access updates or comments related to an anonymous report. The report key and report number allows the person filing the complaint to track and view details about the progress of the anonymous case and respond to any follow up questions. Without the report key, the person who made the anonymous report cannot access their report. HR agents that have access to the Anonymous Report Center (ARC) and admin has access.
