Allegation types and subtypes help you further define an employee relations
case.

An allegation is a high-level category and allegation subtype provide more details about the allegation. For example, Allegation can be Fraud and Theft and Allegation Subtype can be Forgery. Allegation types and subtypes are attached to an HR Service Delivery ER case and are the foundation for the case.  
The base system provides allegation types and subtypes that you can use immediately. Figura 1. Default Allegation types
