Set up Document Templates to automate and simplify the process of
filling, reviewing and signing a document online.

## Application activation {#set-up-doc-temp__section_vxp_rnl_fsb}

You can activate the Document Templates application from ServiceNow Store.  
Nota:  
PDF document template and HTML document template are available with the Document Templates application. For Word document Template, Contract Management Pro (paid) or Legal Service Delivery (paid) license is required.
