Configure document templates to enable signing using the Adobe Sign
application.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_dt_adobesign.admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to All Document Templates.
2. Select a template.
3. Fill in the required fields on the form.  
   1. In the Signing type field, select Adobe Sign.
   2. [Define
      participants](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/pDbVx6mBzK1EPQmlCuKKyQ "Define actions and the order of actions for participants. The type of action and order are considered while initiating document tasks."), define tasks for participants, and mark signature blocks.
   3. Associate the document template to the [HR
      template of a service](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/wJlSpcmNBO7UKiYsv9M4OQ "Create or modify an HR service to define the request to fulfillment process for that case type. Examples of HR services include benefits enrollment, direct deposit setup, and background check requests by third-party providers.") and [initiate document tasks from a case](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/a3k8ies6i065KIA2XatvDg "Document tasks can be generated either automatically or manually. The tasks get generated in the order defined for the participants.").

## O que Fazer Depois

User who receives the document task can use the Adobe Sign application for signing the document.
