# Generate HR Profiles

For new customers using HR Service Delivery, you can create an HR profile for multiple employees using conditions and
criteria.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_hr_core.basic or sn_hr_core.manager

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllHR ProfileGenerate HR Profiles.
2. Complete the form.  
   (The fields you see depend on how the form is configured and what fields are selected to display.) {#t_GenHRProfile__table_opj_hct_nv__entry__2}

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Filter Users | Click and select the conditions that must be met for an employee to be assigned the profile. |
   | Profiles | Click and select the type of profile for employees that meet the conditions. |

3. Click Create Profiles.  
   Nota:  
   In the HR profile table when the External flag in the Employee App Access Criteria record is set to False; it indicates that the HR profile belongs to a local user.

   In the HR profile table when the External flag in the Employee App Access Criteria record is set to True; it indicates that the HR profile belongs to a remote user.

   Users are not charged for licensing when their HR profiles are created with External flag = True, or when their existing HR profiles are overridden with External flag = True.
