Find data visualizations about your team, their service requests, journeys, and learnings.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_mh.manager_hub_user

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllEmployee Center.  
   The Employee Center portal opens.
2. Navigate to Your teamTeam Insights.
3. In the About the team widget, view the skip level reports and direct reports of: Employees leaves (Used and Unused PTO), employees tenure in the organization, and the time spent by employees in their current roles.
4. In the Service and support widget, view reports on type and number of requests raised by your team (IT requests, HR requests except life cycle requests), time taken to resolve the requests, requests open at an organization level, and requests that have been assigned to you and by you.
5. In the Employee journeys widget, view skip level reports and direct reports of: Current status of your employee journeys (risk or draft or in progress) and journeys started this year.  
   Get a breakdown of journeys by its type: Career growth or Onboarding.  
   Nota:  
   This widget appears only when you install the Journey Designer application.
6. In the Understanding employee journeys widget, click Start a journey.  
   Using a template, you can tailor specific experience for your team members to help them with transitions, growth, personal, and career events.
