# Upload job applications

# Upload job applications using import sets {#ariaid-title1}

Upload job application data from your ATS to your ServiceNow instance at regular intervals using import sets.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: admin{#upload-applcatin-with-import-sets__p_clk_nfg_h1c}

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllSystem Import SetsLoad data.
2. On the form, fill in the fields.  
   For a description of the field values, see [Load data form](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/kuoYiIiACexqEHTm5eJR~A "Use the import sets to dump data to your local instance from a third-party integration.").  
   Nota:  
   In the Import set table field, select Existing table and add Job Application Staging \[sn_ta_connector_job_application_staging\] table.

   The table is available with
   the base system.
3. Select Submit.  
   You can download the import set template too. 4. In the Next steps section, select Run Transform related link.
5. In the specify Import set and Transform map, select Transform.
6. Select Transform history related link to check for errors in the Import set Row Errors tab.
