# Create a satisfaction score action

# Create a satisfaction score action {#ariaid-title1}

A satisfaction score action triggers a widget to appear to the employee, containing
either a URL or request to schedule a meeting, when the specific condition is
met.

Role required: admin

Install and configure Listening Posts:

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllJourney designerManage Journey Configurations.
2. Select the journey configuration or create a new one.
3. Navigate to the Satisfaction Score Actions tab at the bottom of the page and select New.
4. On the form, fill in the fields:

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Condition | Set the condition that will trigger the action. |
   | Score | Select the score to trigger the action, where 1 is the lowest and 5 is the highest possible score. |
   | Active | Option that you can select to enable the action. |
   | Order | Sets a ranking for the action. In the event that more than one action fulfills a condition, the action that is ranked first appears in the widget. |
   | Action | Select what is to appear in the widget. |
   | URL | If you selected the Open URL action, provide the URL to redirect the employee, such as a knowledge article. |
   | URL label | If you selected the Open URL action, provide the hyper text for the link. |

5. Click Submit.
