Activate the content pack ServiceNow Store application for the Analytics and
Reporting Solution.

Activate the full, subscription version of Performance Analytics on the instance where you are activating this Platform Analytics Solution. You can activate Performance Analytics on a non-production instance without purchasing a subscription. Review the [Performance Analytics Content Pack for Legal Service Delivery](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/7c8ec9b21837b010fa9b661eb110eaf1)
application listing in the ServiceNow Store for information on
dependencies, licensing or subscription requirements, and release compatibility.

Role required: admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllSystem ApplicationsAll ApplicationsServiceNow Store.
2. Browse for Performance Analytics Content Pack for Legal Service Delivery and verify that you have the necessary valid entitlements.  
   You need a HI account and permission to request applications for the
   instances under consideration. The HI account and the instance need to be
   part of the same company. For more information, see [Install a ServiceNow Product](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/help?article=KB0030186) on
   the ServiceNow Store.
3. Search for <kbd class="ph userinput">Performance Analytics Content Pack for Legal Service Delivery</kbd>.
4. Install the application.
