As a manager, create a mentoring relationship between two of your employees.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_ecn.mentoring_admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllMentoringRelationships.
2. Select New.
3. On the Mentoring relationship form, fill in the fields.  
   For a description of the field values, see [Mentoring relationship form](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/fABF6PPNvEsSmkjNyDudvA "Use the mentoring relationship form to start a new relationship between a mentee and a mentor.").
4. Select Save.
