# Manage role applicants

# View and manage role applicants from Opportunity Marketplace {#ariaid-title1}

Role applicants are employees who have applied to a role that is part of an opportunity. As an Opportunity Marketplace \[sn_opp_market.admin\], you can view and manage role applicant records.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: The creator or owner of the opportunity.

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllOpportunity MarketplaceRole Applicants.  
   The role applicant records contain several fields. Here are some of the fields that help you to identify a role applicant. The listed fields are linked to their respective records for the applicant. {#egd-oppt-mrktplc-view-manage-role-aaplicants__table_uk1_5gw_jcc__entry__2}

   | Employee | The names of the applicants links to their Employee Profile, see [Employee Profile table](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/_JpELc7XumhHNYlb2uMewA "The Employee Profile (sn_employee) plugin provides an Employee Profile (sn_employee_profile) table that makes the employment start date and employment end date fields available outside of HR Service Delivery. For example, the table can be used with Strategic Portfolio Management to update the resource capacity of users."). |
   | Role | A role that is listed in an opportunity. Opportunities can 1 or more roles depending on the opportunity type. |
   | State | The State of a role applicant indicates the progression of the applicant in the process. * New applicant: A new applicant that hasn't been looked at by the opportunity owner. * Pending review The opportunity owner has not yet viewed the applicant's information. * Accepted An applicant that has been accepted for the role in an opportunity. * Declined An applicant that has been declined for a role. * Canceled An applicant that is no longer part of the opportunity role review process. |

2. Select the field that you want to update.
3. Select the green check mark to apply and save your changes.
