status.

To access this content, you must have the [Now Mobile](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/ILvaSRoaHE6uv69zxr5QHg "Enable your users to submit incidents and requests, manage tasks, and access company resources from anywhere using the Now Mobile app.") app. Your instance
must have the [Emergency Self Report](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/81H04bNYllnbl1mLbc0t2g "During a crisis, the ServiceNow Emergency Self Report application gives users a way to notify their organization of their health status. It also provides a workflow for qualified users to safely return to work. Managers and response teams can track user reporting.") application
installed.

## Por Que e Quando Desempenhar Esta Tarefa

From the Safe Workplace for mobile app, users can access applications from the Emergency Response Management and Safe Workplace product suites.  
Nota:  
The Emergency Response Management for Now® Mobile app was renamed to Safe Workplace for mobile.

## Procedimento

1. Open the Now Mobile app.
2. At the top of the Health page, click the quick action icon ![Quick action icon.]() to open the self-report applet.
3. Select your health status from the list, and tap the check icon (![Check icon.]()) to confirm your status.  
4. Click Submit.
