Build your growth plan to organize and track your career goals.

Growth plans are a simplified and intuitive way to build growth plans that give your career goals guidance and structure and are used to do the following:

* Create a growth plan.
* View tasks connected to your growth plan such as trainings or connections with peers or managers.
* View growth plan items and their state, progress, and status updates.
* View growth plan details such as due dates and plan activities, plan status, and edit your plan details.
* View and add additional plan activities.
* Learn more about how growth plans can help you develop and discover new opportunities.

Nota:  
Create a growth plan based on your aspirations and conversations or you can build a growth plan from scratch based off criteria selected during the creation of your growth plan.

Growth plans are tailored to your individual needs and aspirations to help provide a roadmap to
your career goals. With support from your peers and manager, you can achieve new heights in your
career.

| Feature | Description |

| Create a growth plan (based on aspirations and conversations) | A growth plan is initially created based on your aspirations or conversations. Growth plans can be shared with your manager to make career growth clear, achievable, and rewarding. |
| Build a growth plan (from scratch) | Takes you through the steps to build a new growth plan based on review activities or trending learning courses. 1:1 Check-in with your manager is Required. |
| Growth plan details page | Shows you the overall growth plan details where you can view details about your plan, and axes before you fillyour plan activities. You can discard, share, launch and set a growth plan due date and view your plan activities and add activities such as learning, check-in, mentorship, or something else. |
| Your next tasks | Shows you activities that help you stay on track by completing some tasks that need your attention. You can start any activity listed in this section. The status of a plan item might be listed as any one of the following (upcoming, required, overdue, due soon, and up next). |
| Your growth plans | Shows you plan details such as plan name, state, progress, and the last updated date. You can sort and search plans. |
| Past growth plans | Shows you plan details such as plan status (all, completed, canceled), name, state, and date completed. |

* Coaching or career counseling services
