A user is an individual who can access your instance and a group is a set of users
who share a common purpose. The users associated with a group are listed as group
members.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: admin

## Por Que e Quando Desempenhar Esta Tarefa

Group information is used across most processes in the ServiceNow AI Platform for assigning
work to teams and requesting approvals. Any rule that is applied to a UR group is
automatically assigned to all the group members, for example, roles and assignment
rules.

## Procedimento
