Configure the target table and field mappings to create a department level ticket and
to set the fields according to the field mappings.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: ur_admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllUniversal RequestAdministrationMapping Configuration.
2. Click New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.  
   For more information, see [Mapping configuration form](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bxeH9w8odXw2Sxz8i~MNAg "Use the Mapping Configuration form to configure your fields and field mapping for cross-departmental transfers.").
4. Click Submit.

Post this configuration, map the service fields with that of the UR fields to enable a seamless transfer of tickets.
