# Review a scenario

# Review a scenario {#ariaid-title1}

Review a scenario created by your colleague on a building in a read-only
mode.

Role required: sn_wsd_spcmgmt.space_planner, sn_wsd_spcmgmt.scenario_reader (read-only; to view a scenario)

## Por Que e Quando Desempenhar Esta Tarefa

You can review a scenario created by your colleague from the Space Optimization module and share your feedback with them before they deploy.  
Importante:  
* To review a scenario, the scenario must be published and in the Ready state.
* You cannot edit a scenario, you can only view the scenario in a read-only mode. To edit a scenario, you must be assigned as the owner of that scenario.

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to any one of the following locations:
   * AllWorkplace CentralWorkplace Central.
   * AllScenario PlanningMy Scenario Plans

   You can also open Workplace Central from the Employee Center directly. Navigate to WorkspacesWorkplace Central.  
   The Workplace Analytics dashboard opens.
2. Select the Space Optimization icon (![Space optimization icon.]()).  
   The Space optimization dashboard opens.
3. In the Scenarios metrics tiles, select the Published scenarios tile.  
   A list of published scenarios appears in a separate tab.
4. **Opcional:** In the Scenarios list section, scroll down the list and click View all.
5. Select the scenario that you want to view.  
   Use filters on the list to find the scenario that you're looking for.  
   After selection, the scenario is opened on a stack plan.
6. On the stack plan, point to or select a bar to view more details.  
   If you select a bar, you can view the details related to the bar on the right panel. Scenario planning enables you to allocate spaces and define user assignments efficiently with different views, simple settings, and several key features.").
7. **Opcional:** View the scenario plan on a floor directly by selecting the Floor map view tab.  
   Nota:  
   You can view the scenario plan on a floor map only if the floor map is configured using the Workplace Indoor Mapping Map studio.
