When you install the Third-party Risk Management application, several system properties are added to your instance. You may not need to modify these properties. The user with the sn_vdr_risk_asmt.vendor_risk_admin role can maintain these
properties.

| sn_vdr_risk_asmt.company.name | Sets the organization name displayed in the external-facing Third-party Portal. Value: ServiceNow or your company name Type: String |
| sn_vdr_risk_asmt.excel_choice_delimiter | Defines the delimiter used in Excel cells for Choice and Multiple Selection questions. Value: "\\n", "\\r", "\\t", "\\r\\n", or "," Type: String |
| sn_vdr_risk_asmt.excel_file_max_size | Sets the maximum file size (in MB) allowed for Excel file imports. Value: 4 (for 4MB) Type: Integer |
| sn_tprm_dd.max_age_for_questionnaire_reuse | Specifies the maximum number of days since last update to allow reuse of questionnaire responses. Value: 720 Type: Integer |
| sn_svdp.allow_assessor_edit | Controls whether assessors can answer or edit questionnaires assigned to third-party contacts. Value: "false" (no access), "edit" (can edit), or "answer" (can answer/edit) Type: String |
| sn_vdr_risk_asmt.sae_enabled | Enables the Smart Assessment Engine (SAE) as the default engine. Once set to true, this change is irreversible. Value: true or false Type: Boolean |
