# Approve or reject an Asset Donation Order

# Approve or reject an Asset Donation Order {#ariaid-title1}

As an asset manager, review and then approve or reject an Asset Donation
Order.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: asset

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllContractMy Approvals.
2. Select an Asset Donation Order record that is in the Requested state.
3. Approve or reject the Asset Donation Order.
   * To approve the order, select Approve.

     The
     State of the order changes to
     Approved.
   * To reject the order, select Reject and enter a reason for rejection in the Comments field.

     The
     State of the order changes to
     Rejected.
