AI Agent Advisor release notes
The ServiceNow® AI Agent Advisor application is an AI solution that automatically discovers automation opportunities in your instance and helps you to deploy AI agents to implement them. AI Agent Advisor is a new application in the Australia release.

- Discover automation opportunities for CSM AI deployment by using AI Agent Advisor to analyze interaction data from chat, voice, and email channels. Match or generate channel-specific AI agents to implement the automation opportunities.

Several features are updated to improve the user experience.
- The AI Agent Advisor section of the Now Assist Center home page is renamed to Automation opportunities.
- The automation opportunities cards display the record type. Hours time saved is changed to Est cost savings per year. Estimated savings is changed to Est time saved per year. A Review opportunity link displays on the card.
Activation information
AI Agent Advisor installs and runs automatically as part of the standard Now Assist setup. AI Agent Advisor is available from the ServiceNow Store. For more information about the installation of AI Agent Advisor, see Configuring AI Agent Advisor.

The AI Agent Advisor application supports various browsers, including Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. AI Agent Advisor isn’t supported in Internet Explorer. For more information, see Browser support.

Localization information
AI Agent Advisor supports machine translation for Australia. Localization is applicable to AI Agent Advisor in all languages supported by the ServiceNow AI Platform.
