  • The ServiceNow® Card data security application helps you tokenize sensitive data in card disputes, such as primary account numbers (PANs) and documents, in Financial Services Operations dispute workflows. Card data security was enhanced and updated in the Australia release.

    Card data security highlights for the Australia release

    • Display sensitive documents, and mask or reveal PANs in the FSO workspace with the Card data security container.
    • View external documents from card networks, acquirers, and merchants at the transaction level of a dispute in an updated Attachments view.

    New in the Australia release

    View documents in the tokenizer service vault
    Use the Card data security container to display documents in the tokenizer service vault without storing sensitive documents in your ServiceNow instance.
    PAN display
    Display, mask, or redact PAN values in the workspace with the Card data security container.
    Updated attachment panel
    View external documents from card networks, acquirers, and merchants at the transaction level of a dispute, which are stored in the tokenizer service vault.
    Mastercard and Visa integration updates
    Updated Mastercard and Visa actions and integrations to support document download in Card data security.

    A UI builder page has been added to display external documents from card networks, acquirers, and merchants at the transaction level when Card data security is installed.

    Activation information

    Install Card data security by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store to view all the available apps, and for information about submitting requests to the store.
