This feature gives users a voice-to-text input option to access the generative AI skills in the panel in any supported language. | Activity Management | The CRM Outlook Add-in includes screen reader improvements for card views in this release. On the Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities tabs, each card announces its primary record details such as the contact name and key fields instead of a generic card-button label, so users on assistive technology can identify records without opening each card. |

Users who rely on screen magnification can navigate and interact with the quoting experience at 400% zoom on a standard viewport. {#rn-summary-accessibility__ul_yn5_cdm_r3c} The CPQ admin UI includes the following keyboard and screen reader accessibility improvements: * Skip links on list pages allow keyboard users to bypass navigation and go directly to main content or grid rows. * Grid column headers announce sort direction, and sort indicators appear as separate elements to reduce announcement clutter. * The New button announces the specific entity type to be created, field edit page tooltips are read aloud on focus, and related item tiles provide more descriptive context for assistive technology users. The CPQ runtime configuration and transaction experience includes the following keyboard and screen reader accessibility improvements: * Navigate and select options in single-select picklists, selectable product cards, and the product picker grid using a keyboard. * Radio button groups and rectangular pushbutton groups retain their selection when navigating away using a screen reader. * The complete text of shopping cart or BOM column headers is announced; table cells reference their row and column headers for screen reader context. * Field labels are read across transaction runtime fields, and keyboard focus returns to the date input after a calendar selection. * Expandable section headers announce error indicators, field-level error messages are read aloud on input focus, and help popover content is reachable by screen readers. The CPQ AI runtime experience includes the following keyboard and screen reader accessibility improvements: * The Config AI view is reachable and navigable using a keyboard, so users aren't misdirected to fields in the main layout during configuration sessions. * Quote AI is accessible using keyboard navigation and screen readers. * Smart Predict runtime experience elements, including trigger icons, notification icons, and modal interactions, are accessible using keyboard navigation and screen readers. |

| Service Portal | [Enable dark theme](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=enable-dark-theme&version=australia&pubname=australia-platform-user-interface&ft:locale=en-US) :   Use the Dark theme in Service Portal to improve focus and provide better accessibility support. This option is commonly used to alleviate eye strain and improve readability. :   Add and edit more semantic tags within the Service Portal Designer to define key areas of a portal to support clearer navigation and descriptions for screen readers. This update helps users who are blind or have low vision by making it easier for assistive technology to identify and understand different sections of each page. |
| ServiceNow AI Platform core feature | Format Painter plugin for TinyMCE enables you to apply consistent font styles, sizes, and table formats within the HTML editor field. This improvement helps users with cognitive disabilities and low vision by reducing confusion and supporting clear, predictable formatting throughout documents.
