| Authentication | Basic Authentication for inbound integrations{#rn-summary-deprecated__authentication-rn-2026-09-dep-feature-1} :   Starting with the Brazil release, Basic Authentication is being prepared for future deprecation. OAuth 2.0, mutual TLS (mTLS), and federated token-based authentication provide the latest experience for this functionality. Basic Authentication remains supported on inbound requests, such as REST and SOAP, until a future release. Migrate your inbound integrations to a supported method. | Case and Knowledge Management | HRSD Process Mining Content Pack deprecation{#rn-summary-deprecated__hr-service-delivery-rn-2026-09-dep-feature-1} :   The HRSD Process Mining Content Pack application (com.sn_hr_process_optimization) is now deprecated and no longer supported or available for new activation. The unified Process Mining Content Pack application replaces it and will auto-install when you upgrade to Brazil or later. The deprecated application will remain active in your instance after upgrade; migrate to the unified Process Mining Content Pack to access new functionality and continued support. No manual migration steps are required---existing configurations transfer automatically.
