Sales Agreement Management captures the scope and conditions from a quote between a buyer and a seller.​ See the following sections for release notes by version.

## About Sales Agreement {#sales-agreement-rn__sales-agreement-rn-about}

* Captures the scope and conditions from a quote for future sales transactions, over a specified period between a buyer and a seller.
* Includes details about the buyer and seller, the validity period of the agreement, and the products and services to be supplied, including quantities and pricing.
* Generates a sales agreement, and its line items, from a quote and its quote lines, using the same product offerings, only after the quote is completed or closed.
* Uses sales agreement price lists to consistently apply the negotiated pricing to all sales orders placed under the agreement.

:   Users can create a sales agreement from a quote created for a buyer organization. The buyer organization and channel partner information from the quote is automatically updated to the sales agreement. Buyer
    Organization captures the name of the organization for which the quote is created.
