The ServiceNow®
Sales Territory Management application structures and optimizes the sales efforts of your organization based on territories. It involves overseeing daily sales activities, adjusting team assignments to verify complete
customer coverage, monitoring sales performance against goals, and updating territory assignments as markets change. Sales Territory Management was enhanced and updated in the Australia release.

## Sales Territory Management highlights for the Australia release {#sales-territory-management-rn__sales-territory-management-rn-highlights}

Sales Territory Member role gets access to view the sales territory associated on the CRM entities like Lead, Opportunity, Account, or Consumer.{#sales-territory-management-rn__sales-territory-management-rn-highlights-1}

:   Activate the Sales Territory Management plugin to install the Sales Territory Member role for sales execution within assigned territories, with defined ownership, accountability, and territory‑based CRM record
    assignment.

Install Sales Territory Management by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store.
