### What's new {#secops-vuln-resp-rn-2026-09__secops-vuln-resp-rn-2026-09-new}

[Automatic re-evaluation of remediation tasks on preferred solution change](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=vulnerability-groups&version=brazil&pubname=brazil-security-management&ft:locale=en-US){#secops-vuln-resp-rn-2026-09__secops-vuln-resp-rn-2026-09-new-feature-1}
: Remediation tasks can now automatically re-evaluate vulnerable items when their Preferred solution changes, so items are regrouped into the appropriate remediation task without manual intervention. This helps keep
    remediation tasks accurate and reduces manual cleanup.
