Add Branding to your Report Templates

    • Add branding to your reports. You can add header and footer image, header and footer text. You can include this branding information in any of the report template types that you want to create other than the two predefined reports.

    About this task

    The key considerations while adding branding to your report templates are as follows:
    • Upload the header and footer image and align the image position.
    • The maximum size limit for the header and footer image is 5 MB. If the size exceeds more than the specified limit, then an error message, ‘Image format can’t be recognized’ is displayed in the major security incident.
    • Adjust the header and footer image height.
    • The footer text length is limited to 100 characters.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Major Security Incident Management > MSI Administration > Status Report Setup.
    2. Drill down to Report Template > Branding.
    3. Select Configure.
    4. Select New to add a branding to your report template.
    5. On the Branding template form, fill the fields.
      FieldDescription
      Name Name of the branding template.
      Header image Add a Header image for the branding template by performing the following steps:
      1. Select Click to add.
      2. Select Choose File
      3. Choose an image from your system and select OK.
      Footer image Add a Footer image for the branding template by performing the following steps:
      1. Select Click to add.
      2. Select Choose File
      3. Choose an image from your system and select OK.
      Header image position Select a header image position for the branding template. You can choose Left, Center, or Right.
      Footer image position Select a header image position for the branding template. You can choose Top left, Top center, Top Right, Bottom left, Bottom center, or Bottom Right.
      Header image height Provide a height value (in pt) for the Header image of the branding template.
      Footer image height Provide a height value (in pt) for the Footer image of the branding template.
      Footer text Provide a footer text for the branding template. You can include classification or confidentiality information. For example, this email is classified as Confidential, Internal Only or Client Attorney Privileged.
      Footer text position Select a footer text position for the branding template. You can choose Top left, Top center, Top Right, Bottom left, Bottom center, or Bottom Right.
    6. Select Submit.
      A new branding template is created under the Branding Templates page.
