Using MSI List view in the MSIM workspace

With the list view in the MSIM workspace, you can view proposed, promoted, and rejected major security incidents.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_msi.workspace_manager

You can also create new incidents using the New button available in the top right corner of the workspace.

Procedure

1. Navigate to Major Security Incident Management > MSIM Workspace.
2. Select the Lists tab to display the Lists view.

   

3. Select My Lists to create your own list of major security incidents.
4. Refer to the following table for what you can do from the list view:

   Task	Description
   My Lists	Create new MSI records lists and view the lists that you have created.
   Set filters for a column on a list	Select a column and expand the vertical dots menu to view options that further filter the data in the column.
   Filter out items or match items from a row in a column	Select a cell in a column and refine the data displayed by choosing one: Show Matching - Display only items that match the selected item in the column. Filter Out - Filter out the items from the column that match the selected item in the respective column.
   Refresh List	Refresh the lists and view the complete lists that was updated.
   New	Create a new MSI record.
